Great location, quiet yet close to town and beach. Excellent for those with limited mobility. Tastefully decorated and well-furnished. Enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. Wish we stayed longer!

the barn was even better than our previous stay in aberystwyth. loved the spacious conservatory room with an amazing view. hosts were extremely helpful. hot tub was a bonus. excellent value for money.

Sofa was not cleaned properly.

We had a great stay at the Barn Villa in Aberystwyth. the location was perfect for us, being only a short distance from the beach and town. the property itself was comfortable and tastefully decorated, with all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the heated pool and jacuzzi, which we made full use of. the downstairs bedroom was a bonus for my Mum, who has limited mobility. it was an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Cons: Could not be improved in any way! 🌟.

The property's two floors allowed for noise separation. Underfloor heating in the tiled living room was a cozy touch. Large selection of towels and cooking utensils provided. The big American style fridge freezer was convenient. Very friendly staff.

We had a fantastic uni friends reunion at the beautiful Barn Villa. The hosts were incredibly helpful and the location was perfect - quiet yet close to town. The conservatory-style room had an amazing view and the hot tub was a great bonus. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds were perfect for our group. The silver mountain experience with a Santa visit was a fun alternative to the closed tours. The exterior was stunning, and the pool and playground were great for the kids.

The property was in a great location, with easy access to a playground and swimming pool. the fact that there was free parking was a bonus. the barn was spacious and well-equipped, making it ideal for large groups or families.

There were a few issues that affected our stay. there was a lack of hot water, which was a problem considering the number of people staying.

We had an incredible time at this lovely cottage. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view and just a short distance from town. The hosts were exceptional, providing excellent service and assistance. The conservatory-style room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a hot tub. The value for money was fantastic, especially considering the current circumstances. Despite some closures, we still enjoyed the silver mountain experience with Santa. Highly recommend!

During my recent stay at Barn Villa, I was impressed with the spaciousness and comfort of the property. The upstairs and downstairs layout was perfect for my family, allowing us to have separate spaces for relaxation. The underfloor heating in the living room was a cozy touch, keeping our feet warm on the tiled floors. The abundance of towels provided was much appreciated, and we found the dishwasher and supplied dishwasher tablets to be convenient additions to the well-equipped kitchen. The American style fridge freezer was a welcome feature, providing ample storage for our groceries. The property also had a friendly staff that was always ready to assist when needed.
